We believe the remaining issues in bargaining are resolvable, and we are committed to working with our mental health care teams to address their concerns and together dervelop a new model of care for patients. In addition to proposing meaningful staffing, scheduling. and compensation improvements, we have offered our commitment to collaborating with our therapists to redesign the mental health model of care-an etfort that our therapists have supported and expressed a strong desire to undertake together. Despite the union's decision to strike, it is important our members know that all our hospitals and medical offices will remain open Our commitment to patlents comes first. Anyone in need of urgent mental health or other care will receive the services they require, although some non-urgent appointments are being rescheduled. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this unnecessary strike We are asking our therapists to reject the A strike does nothing to improve the care our patients receive, nor does it help us achieve a mutualy beneficial contract. Our proposal to the union would keep our call for a strike and be there for our patients this holiday season.
