So, it is no surprise that Kaiser Permanente is proud to announce that Tamara Riley, RN, MSN has been named Chief Administrative Officer for Kaiser Permanente, Kern County. Tamara began her career at Kaiser Permanente in 2006 and during her tenure has led various departments including Primary Care, Medical Specialties and most recently as a member of the of the Antelope Valley Medical Center leadership team. Tamara has a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing, a Master of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Phoenix, and recently completed the Harvard Business School Executive Leadership Program "I've been a Kaiser Permanente member since birth and I've always received great care. It was an obvious choice for me. It's a great organization, that takes care of its people. Everyone's "North Star" is to care, serve and treat people well, says Tamara.
