This appointment is to fill the remainder of a 4-year term, ending November 30th, 2024. NKSTHD operates under the rules and regulations of the Health and Safety Code, Sections $32000-$32492 as a government non-profit, public entity, formed to provide healthcare services to the communities of Delano, McFarland, Wasco, Richgrove, and Earlimart through our 141-bed Skilled Nursing home (DDSNF) and our Rural Health Clinic (GNC). The Board of Directors meets monthly and has an obligation to uphold the standards of conduct set for them by the board and applicable laws.
