As a rural health care district dedicated to the healing arts, we are committed to meeting the challenges of the future by preserving quality health care services for the need of the West Side Community we serve.
West Side Health Care District will meet the goals of this mission by:
Providing Health Care Services to the residents of the West Side Community and by enhancing and providing services and by supporting, developing, and encouraging programs and activities of the West Side Community, its agencies and community service groups to achieve health care for its residents.
