My name is Kristy Corah and I am a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. How you eat, sleep, move and supplements have a profound effect on your health! Nutritional therapy teaches the importance of properly prepared whole foods that nourish the body and help heal from or prevent chronic disease and dysfunction in the body.

I am trained in the following nutritional foundations: nutrient dense whole food diet, digestion, blood sugar, fatty acids, minerals and hydration. The consequences of poor foundational health have wreaked havoc with our health and weight and facilitate chronic disease.

I have had a lifelong interest in nutrition and athletics. I am a avid cyclist, mountain biker and skier and desire the ability to continue these sports as I age. I have found that since “walking the talk” of whole food nutrition, I have more sustainable energy, think more clearly and sleep better.

I am passionate about spreading the word that nutrient dense food is the guiding force of health and wellness and that pain and illness should not be considered a normal part of aging.

Nutritional and lifestyle changes can and will change your health and outlook on life! I provide both individual and workshop style nutritional therapy. As a former teacher, workshops are my passion, and they are considerably more cost effective for my clients. The foundations are the focus of all the workshops, so whether you are looking to lose unwanted fat or improve your health a nutritional therapy workshop is for you!
