Volunteer Center of Kern County serves the Kern County area, focusing on community, civic, and social issues that impact the residents and greater region. Our goal is to to serve our community utilizing volunteers dispatched from our Volunteer Exchange Program, the Retired & Senior Volunteer Program (R.S.V.P.) and the Court Ordered Community Service Program. "Volunteers" are the heart of Kern County.
