Sam Lux, former Kern County Director of Public Works has been named DPSI President. Mr. Lux joined the DPSI team in 2023 with the goal of developing into a key leadership role. His fresh perspective and leadership approach will guide DPSI as we enter the next phase of growth and continue to strengthen our position in the industry. Jeff Zambo, who has provided excellent leadership as President, will continue his passion and involvement with the land surveying department as Principal Land Surveyor. As owner and board member, Jeff will also continue to be an ambassador for client and employee relationships, ensuring strong connections across the business. Scott Radsick, former Kern County Assistant Director, has been promoted to Director of Civil Engineering. Mr. Radsick also joined the team in 2023 and his leadership will continue the positive momentum and success we are seeing in this segment of our business. Espiri Ferreira has rejoined the DPSI team as Director of Mechanical Engineering after an eight-year hiatus. Chris Burzlaff will continue managing the Bakersfield Mechanical Engineering team as well as support DPSI with his passion for engineering and project management strategies.
