Golden Empire Transit District’s mission is to to make life better by connecting people to places one ride at a time.
Our job is to make sure that people can get to where they need to go. We work hard every day to get the buses on the road safely and reliably to carry people throughout the metro Bakersfield area.
We want to make sure all of our customers can get to their jobs, schools, medical appointments, shopping and recreational opportunities economically and conveniently.
